A 24 / 26-French resectoscope with the yellow loop was placed. I looked it in with the observation bridge. A 0.5mm posterior wall tumor, small papillary change over area of resection of right ureteral orifice. 1cm of papillary changes to prostate, especially prominent on right lateral lobe of prostate were all noted. I began resection at the top of the each tumor going around the outside of the tumor and working my way in. I resected the tumor completely including going deep into the muscle layer. Tissue was removed and passed off as a specimen. Hemostasis was obtained. Bladder was decompressed. The bladder was re-inspected and again there was good hemostasis. Bladder was decompressed and resectoscope was removed.

Would this be considered 52601 or more so part of the bladder for 52234

Thank you,
