I have a patient that came in for a 2 days nuclear stess test dates are 7 days apart. I am questioning what to bill on each day. We normally bill 78452, a9500-2 units, 93015, and j2785-4 units(lexiscan) for the 1 day stress test. If the stress was performed on one day and the resting on another day do I bill the 78452 on both days?
 
Billing 78452 would not be appropriate twice. You could try 78451 on both resting and stress days with the isotopes/imaging agents. Bill 93015 only on the stress day.
