Wiki 2 different insurances during pregnancy

Hey all!!

I need some advice on how to bill out a patients pregnancy with 2 different insurances. She had 6 visits with the first insurance company and she had 3 visits, the delivery and postpartum with the second insurance company. For all these visits she has seen the same doctor.

Please help!!

What we do in my practice is we would bill the 59425 to insurance company one and then we would bill 59410 and a E/M code for each of the three antepartum visits to insurance company 2.
