I have a provider who takes about 90 minutes with the patient's (child 4-18 yrs) parents and then see the patient a week later to complete the initial interview examination. He is billing 90801 for both DOS. I know that you can only bill it once. How should he bill for this?

He should no charge the first day and then bill it the second day. He can not bill it both days
