can you bill for 2 heart cath on same day? pt had h/c and afterwards started having chest pain so they did another heart cath to rule out a dissection, no dissetion was detected, pt never left the cath lab, but the sterile field had been removed
so they had to start over. Anyone have any suggestion?:)
