Patient comes in Lat epicondylitis of RT elbow and rotator cuff syndrome RT shoulder; receives injections to both joints. Would the following be the correct coding?

20605 RT
20610 51 RT

you would code the 20610 first because it has the higher RVU then the 20610 and I would use the 59 with the RT on the 20605 if it is bundled per CCi but look first to see.
