Wiki 2 telehealth services in one day

A patient had a telehealth encounter with Endo and then on the same day had a telehealth encounter with Primary Care. The Primary Care encounter was denied by Highmark Health Options Managed Medicaid stating the number of services are not supported. Is there a modifier to help with this or is it just going to have to be appealed? Thanks.

You might try modifier 27 since same day and differ providers. Medicaid usually likes modifiers for clinical staff. So ensure add modifier listing which clinician AJ or HO for LCSW and LPH. AH modifier is for psychologist.
