The LCX is the Left Circumflex and the Ramus is a branch of the LD. Hope that helps

Yes, it does. Thank you. I was wondering about the Ramus because the material I have says that it arises from the Left Main between the LAD and the circumflex so I wasn't really sure if I could use the LD modifier. But I guess I can. The ramus isn't one of the 3 major arteries that our local Medicare recognizes so I was stumped.
