20 minute infusion in 50ml bags - reimbursement

We are considering using 50ml bags to infuse Zofran, Pehnergan, Benadryl or Dexamethasone. Does anyone currently do this? If so, are you getting paid for all the services? I have seen some providers state that they get paid for everything but the 50ml bag itself. Just curious
