wondering if anyone had the link to the 2009 global surgical package...all the major/minor surgery codes that have global days?

We normally get the global days from the CMS website off of the Medicare Fee Schedule Database http://www.cms.hhs.gov/pfslookup/02_PFSsearch.asp?agree=yes&next=Accept They can also be located in the Federal Register, but I get very frustrated trying to find things there.
