I have never liked the AICD codes, confusing to me...

The question I have for everyone is, is there a code or a group of codes that encompasses the removal and replacement of the same AICD due to a hematoma in the pocket?

If the physician did an incision and drainage of the pocket is the removal and replacement of the same generator and leads included in this?

This was done in November of 2011
