While I know the "offical" word would be in the manuals, where could I get information on some of the upcoming changes? Specifically, I am interested in the change of definition on new v. established patients with subspecialties. I am getting questions about this, and want to find the information to conduct my research?

Thanks!

Apparently, it's in the 2012 CPT book (which I don't have yet)...but here's another recent thread about this, if you haven't seen it yet. May be helpful to you
