Does anyone have a list of the 2013 cpt changes (deleted, new and revised)?

You can only get this with the CPT book. I suggest the AMA professional edition. The you can look at appendix B in the back for the comprehensive list of changes.

Thank you, but I have the 2013 CPT book. Every year I have found online a list of Deleted, New and Revised.

The best list is in appendix B of the book if you have the AMA version.
