Hello All,
I am new to coding Cardiology. Would anyone be willing to share their superbill for Cardiology procedures for 2014? I have been on the Boston Scientific web site, and they only have their 2013 Physician Billing Sheet available at this time. I have also recently purchased the Cardiology Coders Pink Sheet, but have yet to recieve the latest newsletter. I would appriciate anyones help with this.
