Is anyone else having an issue with the 2015 ICD-9 coding book winding off the spiral thing during use?

I am fixing it literally every week and just wondering if anyone else is having an issue or if there is just something with mine causing it, it is so frustrating to have to take the time to fix every week. No other one has done this before
 
Tape the 'end' of the spiral to a full circle of the spiral. Not the most aesthetically pleasing fix, but it sure beats rewinding the book onto the spiral week in and week out.
