I'm hoping someone can help. I'm wondering if anyone has found a crosswalk between the new 2015 urine drug screen codes and the G codes and/or the 2014 drug testing codes? Many thanks!!
 
Please share what you know!! We do 10 panel urine dip stick testing in our office. Currently billing our G0434 x1 for all of the insurances.
