Experts, I am searching for 2017 quality measures applicable for claims. when i researched in QPP, they all appears to be done through Registry. what are the quality measures applicable for Claims for 2017?
Ours is hospital based diagnostic radiology and interventional services and we do not use EHR. Are we exempt for the Advancing Care Information Performance Category (ACI ) portion .
What about the Improvement Activities portion? Where or what can we report under this category?
can anyone please advise.
