Hello All, According to 2019 MPFS final rule clinicians no longer have to re-document history and CC entered by ancillary staff. Does that mean History= (HPI, ROS, PMFSHx) or History =PMFSHx? Just want to be sure. Thank you
 
The provider has to provide some sort of statement that he/she reviewed and agreed (similar to the resident addendum) in order to use what ancillary staff has provided. I have a whole thread about the new E/M changes, which explains this and many other changes.
