My supervisor mentioned that she was told that certain diagnoses might be linked to 2021 E/M levels. Does anyone have any information on this?
 
I have attached the MDM grid for you . Any problem addressed or managed plays an important role in code selection (3rd row on the grid/ Risk of Complications/ or Mortality of Patient Management.
