Wiki 2021 Prolonged Service Codes

When it comes to the prolonged service codes 99417 and G2212 has anyone found any information on the codes in relation to an FQHC? I know they're both in the final rule but I can't find any documentation anywhere saying if they can be used by an FQHC or not.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
