Is anyone else getting denials for CPT code/place of service mismatch for the 2023 ALF CPT code update (from non Medicare payers)

Yes. I believe the payers need to update their systems and they are dragging their feet. Have your provider rep put pressure on them.

Yes! I was and had to contact my EMR and get them to update their system. They just corrected the issue and I can bill properly again
