Wiki 2025 Telehealth Codes -Modifier needed?

I'm looking at the new telemedicine codes for 2025 and looking at Appendix P and T for the modifiers. It looks like modifiers 93 and 95 will not be needed for the new telehealth E&M codes 98000-98015 as that would be redundant. These codes are not in the Appendices. Am I reading this correctly?
 
Yes, you are reading this correctly. No modifier is necessary to indicate the audio-video and audio-only services because the code descriptors include this information. Cindy
