Pt has a dupuytren contracture with pain. Doc injected lidocaine into the "tendon sheath: of the finger. What code would you use for this? Not seen this before and need a second opinion. Thanks!
 
I would code as 20550. Code 20552 is for trigger point injections and 20605 is a joint injection.
