Injection of kenalog into sacroiliac joint would you code as 20605 intermediate or 20610 large bursa or joint. I think it is 20610. Is that correct?
 
I know our docs always used flouro when administering an SI injection, I guess that is why I thought of that one. They would never do one without the other.
