Wiki 20610 or 20610/20605?

Provider injected a steroid into the glenohumeral joint, acromioclavicular joint and subacromial bursa, all under fluoroscopic guidance. Would this be coded as only 20610 or does it need to be coded as 20610 AND 20605 since the acromioclavicular joint is mentioned? Of course 77002 will be coded as well for the guidance.
