HI Everyone- Would 21600 (excision of rib, partial) be the correct code for removal of 12th rib during a L2-3 XLIF?

I would need to see operative note. I have been auditing spine for 7 years and I have not seen this. I just asked one of my surgeons and he doesn't know why you would need to remove the rib for L2-L3. I would be happy to look at the operative note for you.
