Hello,

I am trying to figure out which CPT to use for Division of sternocleidomastoid for torticollis, open operation with application of a pinless halo (pedi patient).
I don't know if a pinless halo is classified as a cervical collar or a cast, and I am not finding much so far with my internet search.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi everyone, someone helped me determine that the correct code is 21725 as it is a skin traction device.
Just thought I'd leave this for anyone who runs into this scenario in the future.
