Hi all,
Can anyone suggest me the alternative code for 22551 for CA Workers Comp.

They denied the claim stating 22551 is not listed in their fee schedule.

22551 replaced the code combination 63075/22554 in 2011. CA work comp needs to update their fee schedule.

Work Comp can use any version of CPT that they wish. Therefore they do not have to update the fee schedule, you mnust know which version of CPT they use A few years back I did a ton of Work Comp in CA and they used 1993 CPT at that time.
