Wiki 23552, 23395, & 23120 billed together

23552[LT], 23395[LT], & 23120[LT] were are billed together. 23552 was paid. Under what circumstances would the others be payable? What modifiers can be used?

FYI: There are no bundling issues in CCI.

23552 - Open treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation, acute or chronic; with fascial graft (includes obtaining graft)

23395 - Muscle transfer, any type, shoulder or upper arm; single

23120 - Claviculectomy; partial

As you've stated, these codes are all accepted by CCI & modifier -59 is not required to report these 3 codes together. I would append modifier -51 to the 2 secondary surgical procedures; otherwise, I'd say you're good to go!
