Wiki 24359 medial & lateral?

We billed 24359 twice because both the medial and lateral epicondyles were debrided & reattached. Insurance is denying one of them as Procedure code not correct/valid for the service billed. Is 24359 only billable once when both are done? The CPT description shows lateral or medial.
