I am looking for somebody who has a 2011 Surgical Cross Coder who can tell me if the dx: 813.02 is or is not included as a valid dx. (2011 ortho coding companion does, but I have an insurance company denying the claim and referencing this as a source. Any assistance you can offer is greatly appreciated.
