250.xx with 585.x and 583.81

Can you code 250.xx with both 585.x (CKD Stage X) and 583.81 (nephritis and nephropathy, not specified as acute or chronic, in disease classified elsewhere. I think you should only be able to use one or the other but I am not sure. Please advise:confused:
