Wiki 25115 question

I haven't used this code much and need to know if it is billed once regardless of the number of flexor tendons done, or billed by each tendon done? The description doesn't states each tendon, but I'm just not sure.
(My surgeon dictated that he performed a radical synovectomy of all 9 flexor tendons for synovitis.) Thanks for your help!

It states flexors so bill only one regardless of the number.

Read the op rpt again - 26145 may be more appropriate. (This is billed per tendon)

It will depend on the location though, 25115 is for wrist and 26145 is palm and or finger, they cannot be substituted for each other.
