I have a denial that 25295 cannot be billed with 25105 as it is a part of the procedure. (Provider wanted to bill 25295 x 5)
Payer denied. However, an appeal was sent for another reason. On the appeal, the payer came back and paid 25295 x 1.
Is it allowable to pay 25295 x 1 with 25105?
