Hello,

Is anyone having trouble with 25670-59 bundling with 25320 getting paid for UHC. We put a 59 modifier on 25670 and UHC still denying payment.

Was this done on separate wrists, or what is your reason for considering them separately payable? If it was separate wrists, make sure you use the RT/LT modifiers and link separate dx. If it was the same wrist, consider if it is actually appropriate to override the bundling.

It was done on the same wrist... I will review the Op note again to see if it is appropriate to override the bundling. Thank you
