Wiki 26525? 26210? 26160?

Hello!!

Can someone help me out on this? I coded it as 26210 but Doc wants to add 26525, they don't bundle but from reading this report, wasn't the capsulectomy part of the approach?

I would have gone with 26160. AAOS states the excision of osteophyte is separately reportable, I have mentioned this to two different hand surgeons who do not want to report it since they feel it is incidental to the excision of the mucous cyst.

Are you referring to codes 26210 and 26160 not being bundled?
