Hello.

Can someone tell me " We cut back on the middle phalanx distal to the PIP joint and then created a posterior flap which we re-approximated with 4-0 Vicryl and brought skin together with interrupted 2-0 nylons. This was done with both vertical mattress and straight sutures.

Is this sufficient for 26952 Amputation with local advancement flaps ?
