Wiki 27197 has no global date ? do any other features have no global date?

Am I reading this correct that 27197 has no global? Anyone know why this is? Any other fracture codes with 10 day or no global? Thanks guys!

Probably an error. The old code 27193 had a 90 day global.

It is correct. Also note that EM codes should be used for anterior only pelvic fractures or dislocations without manipulation.
KZA put out an Orthopedic Coding Alert February 16, 2017 highlighting the change.

I keep a shortcut on my desktop to the most current release of the "National Physician Fee Schedule Relative Value File" - this includes global information for all codes - use it every single day for one thing or another (and, yes, 27197 and 27198, have zero global days) ! Happy Coding !
