Wiki 27685,50 with 2 units or without

27685 has a MUE of 2, however I have a provider that is doing two lengthenings two different incisions bilaterally so is it possible to do 27685,50 with 2 units? She is requesting 4 units which I know is not an option but keep confusing myself if MUE of 2 is accomplished by just doing bilateral procedure. Or if I can have two units with the bilateral procedure.
