I have a physician that when he bills for Tarsal Tunnel Release CPT 28035. He also wants to bill for CPT 64708 for the additional nerve branches (medial plantar, lateral plantar and calcaneal branches). These codes are not bundled, but I believe the release of the other branches are included with CPT 28035. Please give any feedback.
