28292 & 28306/59 were billed out but still denied as included. Dr believes this should be seperatly reimbursed. Does anyone have any information on these codes being billed together?
 
Without your post op note its a little hard to guess. You may want to look at # 28299-double osteotomy. Description is an osteotomy of the distal first metatarsal with correction of the hallux valgus-followed by an osteotomy of the proximal phalanx to correct additional angular deformity, with placement of appropriate internal fixation .
