My provider performed a Chevron osteotomy and a double osteotomy with medial wedge to allow some correction of the distal metatrsal articulation angle. The double osteotomy didnt give complete correction so the provider performed an Akin wedge osteotomy with a medial wedge .

Should I bill for a 28296, 28299 and a 28298?
