MD wants to charge 28300 with 2 units as he made 2 separate incisions for the osteotomy (medial sliding-type osteotomy). Medicare denied for too many units per CMS MUE. Was considering entering 28300 twice and using a 59 modifier on the second. Please advise. Thank you.
