A therapist in my office recently heard that she could charge 29086 for serial casting that they are applying. We have been testing it out with several payers and have received one payment (Blue Care Network) but the rest of them are denying as " this provider type/provider specialty may not bill this service". Does anyone have experience with getting casting charges covered for CHTs?
