I have a question: The doctor final dx was Alcohol Induced Mood Disorder and Alcohol Dependence. Can I code 291.89 as the Primary Dxand 303.91 as the secondary Dx? I don't really understand the 291 "Exclusion" Could someone explain please? Thank you.
