Wiki 29581 included in 11042

Hi! I just took over the coding for our Hyperbarics/Wound Care department, which is a new arena for me. I notice that the group I code for tends to bill 29581 with 11042, but when I run the edits, these two codes are bundled. When would it be appropriate to append a 59 modifier, and why do you suppose 29581 would be included in a debridement??
