this is the final dx - do i assign a code for that 2nd nevus? this was just an excision of right preauricular lesion. operative dx is lesion.
polypoid intradermal i have coded as 216.2.

right preauricular lesion, excision:
- polypoid intradermal nevus (1)
- second intradermal nevus observed (2)
- the polypoid intradermal nevus involves the peripheral margin.
- the second intradermal nevus is completely excised.
