3 day rule - health care delivery system

Hi - I am searching the literature on the 3 day payment window policy and am trying to determine if our practices fall under "wholly owned or operated" when the practices are part of an integrated delivery system that includes three hospitals. Does anyone fall under this as well, and if so, what have you done to comply?

Think I found it.

It looks like I found the answer to my question. In these FAQ's check question 9 -the example does specifically state "a health system", so for those of you who have practices under a system umbrella like us, the three day rule doesn't seem to apply.
