We are having an issue with the 3 day window isnt getting paid on the hospital side. I believe they are using the REV code of 510 and they are not getting reimbursed. On the outpatient side is getting paid. Can anyone help us figure out what is the correct REV code to be using on the hospital side of these claims. Any input would be much appreciated.
