Urgent care non facility iv infusion of 3 diff drugs at different times same iv access not concurrent. How do u code for 3rd drug?
I've got 96365, 96367 ?

A modifier 59 is not necessary on a 96367 as the code descriptor specifies it's a different sequential drug.

You cannot use a 96366 until the 91st minute has been reached of a single drug infusion.
 
So would this be correct?
Drug a for 2 hrs. 96365, 96366
Drug b for 2 hrs 96367, 96366
Drug c for 2 hrs. 96367, 96366
